How do you measure bench strength?
Hi Fishes, My joining location at TCS is given Pune. But, my spouse’s office is in Bangalore. I just completed the joining procedure in 9th May and right now I am@not allocated to any project in Pune. I am requesting my HR to change my base location to Bangalore but she is not responding properly. Once I get allocated to any project in Pune transfer will be very difficult. Please help me what can I do to get my location changed. Whom to reach out to from TCS if recruiter is not responding? Tata Consultancy

Sadly, if it’s significant enough you will want to hire an attorney. I had to for my car accident. I waited so ended up having to do all the work myself so you might consider obtaining representation by checking with your daughter’s insurance carrier. For car accidents ask them to open file only for car accident separate from usual medical file. Keep journal of all treatments, distances driving, time, receipts, etc. I’m sorry about your daughter. He was able to stay on scene while my daughter was rushed in an ambulance to the nearest ER. We met her there but were unable to go in due to Covid, all we were given was a number to call for updates and at first they wouldn’t even update us since shes 18 and needed to give permission (and was currently getting a head to toe CT scan). All in all her injuries are mostly bruises and lots of pain, she cant put weight on her foot and they x-rayed it which was negative - i think it needs an MRI to check for ligament damage, but i cant take her for that yet because at this point she can barely move. She feels like a cat in a sack that was beaten with a bat, and looks like it too. Her throat is sore from inhaling glass from a shattered moon roof, every inch hurts, she can barely sit up in bed without help. His insurance is calling and asking all sorts of questions of her regarding her injuries and what the hospital did (most of which she cant really remember or know what medicines they gave her, like they gave her something to lower her heart rate which was dangerously high in the ambulance) and I certainly don’t know what they did because I wasn’t in the room to ask these doctors questions. I am worried they are going to take advantage of her, because well i hate insurance. Has anyone gotten a settlement from an insurance as a passenger? Is that a thing? I was surprised that they were asking her for info about her injuries instead of just asking for bills.

also - there is no way her medical bills are anywhere near final - she’ll need follow ups etc. there’s no good reason for them to be asking these questions now.
