The partner in my department ‘threw me under the bus’ with an issue on a case which was outside of my control. Without going into detail, it was a big client and she was saving herself. Understandable but naively, I was expecting better.

Hi fishes! Looking for advice : how do I have a conversation with my manager about the fact that my salary is way below market value for my role? I like my place of work , team, etc but pay is not in line with market . Nervous to bring this up with my manager because recently my performance at work hasn’t been the best- I’m usually a consistently good employee but the past two weeks have been slammed with tasks which have impacted deadlines .
