I got an offer from Interactive Brokers and Tekion for the role of Software Engineer.

Compensation offered is nearly same.

Current experience -2 yrs

Which one do you think is better?

I answered the Manual Testing questions correctly and automation questions fairly. I got a rejection mail from HR as below , Is this the common template for everyone or should I hope for future roles after several months .I am already in notice period and feeling low.

"Although we didn’t find a strong fit for this particular role, we would love to keep in touch -- Amazon is growing and changing quickly, and there may be additional opportunities in the future"

Just realized excel has a new feature to analyze data in excel. Do you think this will impact the need/want for data analysts? Will the compensation go down or do you think it’ll have no impact?

Hi fishes!.. I am a Test engineer in a mindtree pvt. ltd. Mindtree gives me the project of cisco which is based on the Networking(switch testing). I didn't have much experience in networking or I don't like the Networking testing. I have one year of experience in automation testing with Selenium java WebDriver, TestNG, cucumber bdd framework. I am comfortable in these things not in networking. I talked to my HR and Manger for changing the project but the didn't change.
