So Sanofi is setting up an analytics center in Hyderabad and seems to be recruiting quiet aggressively. I am negotiating on an offer but it quite low compared to industry standards. Does anybody have any idea how it is? They seems to have barely anything set up as of now. Sanofi Eli Lilly and Company ZS Associates
Hi Microsoft fishes,
Can you please suggest the roles one can get in Microsoft if they are coming from a management consulting background?

My greatest asset is my temperament 😂
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

There isn’t a “norm” if I’m being honest. Went to Kellogg, and we had the most random assortment of people. Your background will suit you well though, schools are looking for applicants that will bode well for their name.
You already have a strong background. Are you hitting a ceiling without the MBA?

No, but I value big changes that push me and networking opportunities
Not sure there is a “norm” as much as everyone tries to paint one. Additionally you’re background is strong
There are people from all sorts of backgrounds in MBA programs. Education, Military, entertainment, tech, law, engineering, and of course business.
Can I ask what type of engineer you are?
