ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. But will persistent remove cooling period clause? Persistent Systems Limited ZS

Yes. The manager bump will be negligible compared to your increase.
Most likely you will have a chill life - it’s the healthcare industry culture. However growth could be limited in that company, but you can potentially jump (and there are many fast Georgina healthcare organizations out theee)
How is the team structure? Some places are notorious for staffing "lean" what that means. You may be doing 50% more work for 25% more TC and if all that TC isn't guaranteed... I would only consider my base pay
Also the TC is a bump however what other perks will you be losing (airline miles, hotel points, etc) and how do the tradeoffs of being home equate to you
Don’t sell yourself short for the sunk cost fallacy. The real numbers tell a clear story. Leave. If it doesn’t work out at the new spot - leave again.
