I work for NYS, I have been able to get interviews for the next step up position, I'm currently an 18, I would like to move to a 23. What are good interview strategies to use when looking for a promotion.

I recently went through an interview process for an investment banking role at a well respected mid market bank. I had two rounds of interviews, and the second round was with two VPs. All interviews went very well - conversation was great, and I got enthusiastic verbal feedback during and at the conclusion of each interview. It’s been three weeks and I have heard nothing, even after 2 follow ups to HR. I saw on LinkedIn they hired 2 people. I assume I got rejected - thoughts? What do I do next?

I've been thinking a lot about women in leadership positions and their choices to support or undermine other women, especially if those other women are talented/skilled and perceived as a threat. In the very competitive space of advertising/marketing, scarcity is a dynamic that may compel some women leaders to be unempathetic, uncompassionate, distant and even bullying and scapegoating to hold onto their position and be taken seriously. It's sad, weak, and hurts all of us. What do you all think?

She has no prior experience in IT but has strong process knowledge regarding UK and Australia General Insurance and excellent communication skills.

Would she be able to handle the role of a BA is her Q.

How are years of experience determined at Amazon? I have 10 YOE as a government PM (post masters) and 1 in industry as BD (post MBA). Interviewing for a BD role. Do I have 1 or 13 YOE, or maybe somewhere in the middle?

SOS. How do I know if I’m being paid fairly? I feel as though I’ve grown out out the “coordinator” role, but my company insists that I “prove myself” and add more responsibilities to my plate to show I am capable before I am promoted. Are there any good ways to make money outside of a typical career job? I’ve tried audit and currently in advisory. The job just makes me depressed, and I’m thinking the accounting space just isn’t for me. My husband works, so I don’t have to worry with medical benefits etc if I quit. I gave interview in TCS and cleared TR,MR and then had connect with CLIENT too. And then HR called and asked regarding compensation and my ask was 23LPA with 7years experience. I was told to submit documents and all which I did. And they have now suddenly scheduled one more round CLIENT CONNECT. Hi there, I got an offer for an early stage cyber security saas startup in Canada and they offered me 130k base and 10-15% commissions which they estimated at 160-240k additional a year. They only have 1 sales person at the moment and I would be 2nd and they are hiring for 3 more. I’ve always been on a 50:50 model and never done the % of revenue. Average deal size is 40k. I got 12 yoe in enterprise tech sales. No stock options upfront but potentially after the first 3 months. Good deal?
