Honestly depends on clients, but most of them are really understaffed/busy. My senior has been pulling 3am 4am consistently but comes in at 11:30-12 most days. I feel the people that work the most are on our busiest client (that is leaving after 2018 tax year) or on a horribly understaffed engagement (couple of mid and small clients). My big client isn't super busy for staff because of all the automation/outsourcing but then I have to hit my hours elsewhere. If you can figure out which clients lost people earlier in the year and avoid getting put on those (or at least only those) you can survive the season.
Did everyone just quit?
So everyone left IM?
this is why I left....So done with working till 6 months straight

Kinda confused to see this since we lost our biggest client (for tax) lol.
