Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Is cross country consulting hiring?
Hours vary project to project. Reasonable to assume 50 a week at Manager/Director level with fluctuation in either direction based on deadlines. Rarely would you be as busy as audit during busy season. I can’t speak specifically to external hire comp, but assuming HCOL probably 140-225 range for fresh manager through somewhat experienced director excluding bonus. Promotions follow general audit promotion cycles. Pretty much guaranteed after the standard number of years at each title barring any major issues. Early promotions are possible with the right support.
Unfortunately I don’t have insight into that specific scenario. I know plenty of people do the audit to AAS transfer, perhaps make a post and hope someone with the direct experience can speak to it.
