Why does Fidelity force you to round to whole % for 401k contributions? I want to contribute the exact % that will get me to the $19,500 max for next year.

What should I do if I accidentally go over the maximum individual 401k contribution? I’ve changed my contribution but it won’t kick in before my next paycheck, which will put me slightly over the limit.

Any good resources for those starting in crypto? Seems to be a lot of info out there and not a lot of “here is how it is done” without all the BS and fluff.

My daughter starts college in the fall. I have money in a 529 plan to pay for it. Does it make more sense to take out a student loan and then pay it off when she graduates? Student loans don’t incur interest until after graduation, correct? Someone pls educate me on 401ks! If I earn 80k and my employer does a dollar for dollar match up to 3% of my contribution and then 50 cents on the dollar match for the next 2% I contribute, would the breakdown look like this:

3% employee contribution: 2400

Has anyone used PayUSATax to pay their federal taxes with a credit card? They charge 1.96%. I think some of the credit cards will give you effectively 4%+ back. Is it worth it to use? I owe $150K so the effective fee will not be small ($3K).
