A question for recruiters. When you call someone asking them if they are interested in an opportunity and then ask them for a technical interview the next day and they ask for an extension does it impact their application?
Recently it has happened to me twice that recruiter calls, he has my details and asks if I’m interested and then ask for same day or next day interview. And when I apologize since I actually have job to take care as well they just ghost me. Is this something that’s normal?
