1)Where would you put 500m now ?
-logistics real estate in airport cities (roll up and upgrade storage units)
-tech infrastructure (data centres, dark fibre etc)
-D2C consumer
-industrials (cement, plastics etc) - as esg kicks in money will get pulled out but prospects will grow as the big infra boom kicks off
-agri commodity owners and producers

My two best friends are a tiny bit racist (more that they make racist jokes a lot) and this rubs off on me I hate to say it and I have to train myself to undo whatever has rubbed on me. But they have been more loyal and there for me than anyone else. They aren’t that conservative even, I’m more liberal, but it’s mainly just kind of like jokes or code names for certain races.
