It's a real thing!! I think we all underestimate the effects of burnout and it's going to be far more of an issue in the future

like

I am on job right now and I so burnt out. The income is way below the volume of work we do. I feel am stuck on a job I hate. I've applied for jobs outside of career.

like

I’m feeling the EXACT same way. Having trouble finding a job that wants to pay me and honestly don’t know where to turn to.

FYI… There is a new fishbowl about burnout

Really??? I should check it. Thanks for the info! :)

We all need to educate ourselves about this and and how we can take better care of our overall health. We all think burnout will pass. Not if you won't acknowledge and do something about it.

I feel like as nurses and healthcare providers we generally put our self last on the list. Trying to learn how to put ourselves at the top of the list has become more difficult since the pandemic, the nurse shortage, healthcare professionals retiring early, and an increased workload. It seems like there’s no way out from under, burn out is inevitable

This is very interesting. I know sooooo many people who are feeling burned out right now. And it really does take a toll on your body both mentally and physcially.

I just saw this. Very timely. Lately has been really exhausting. Good thing I was able to rest during thanksgiving.

Anyone have any tips for the B2B space and who I should prospect? They didn't give many pointers lol.

I am purchasing a home and my boyfriend wants in on the deal as a co-owner. It is only me on the mortgage. We are planning on writing up a co-ownership agreement with a 60%/40% split and yes he will be paying 40% of the mortgage, down payment, and property taxes etc. He wants to be on the title as a tenant in common to reflect that %. Is that fair? I just want to make sure I’m protected but I also understand that if he’s paying all this money, he wants some security as well

I am currently a Health Admin Fellow at a leading healthcare system. I am in a phase during my fellowship where I will have to start searching for a role within the system in the next 3 months.

I was wondering what kind of role would be best step forward for an admin fellow.

I was offered a project coordinator role but feel I should not accept the same without looking at other options. I aim to seek out a project manager role and was wondering if this would be the wrong step forward.
