Intermediate fasting worked well for a quick cut (2-6 weeks) but Keto is more sustainable in my opinion since I've been doing it for a little over 3 months.

BCG1 beat me to it- combining is s great way to kick things into high gear. Then you can dial back. I try to just have butter/oil coffee until 1ish which is a nice blend.

How does intermittent fasting work? I've heard people talk about it a bit but was curious. Thinking about trying to do a quick cut before a trip.

That depends on your maintenance calories. There has to be a deficit.

The BCGs beat me to it too! Also make sure you've got your head fully wrapped around what a keto day looks like. It can be really difficult for some ppl to eat the right amount of fat... Speaking from experience. 😑
BCG2- I've been trying the bullet coffee with grass fed ghee. It was really hard st fast but now slowly getting used to it. So are you saying you drink that and don't have lunch till 1pm? And then have dinner at night? And are you doing this everyday?
Also, do you have any cheat day? I have been trying to do keto for a month but not losing weight. I also do strength training so may be gaining muscle instead but not sure.
