Hi H1B folks, I'm filling my DS-160 for H1 visa stamping. Do I have to mention my 3 month summer internship in the employment history section?
I’m an account manager at a start up agency. I’d like to do an internship at GTB for brand strategy. The thought of $10 an hour scares me. In your opinion, will it pay off in the long run?
My firm is recruiting for an 8-week internship focused on investment management in New York. Interns will gain experience across portfolio management, sales, and product strategy and development. If interested, please send a resume and a cover letter.
With the end of intern szn looming, what are the worst/funniest things you’ve seen done by interns?
Repost - turns out my friend’s office moved and is near Hudson Yards/Penn Station. Where should she live for her summer internship? Probably won’t be going into the office too frequently (but TBD). Continued.
Hey Everyone, not a usual poster on here. But I’m an incoming MBA student this fall and looking for any pre-MBA internship leads. Background: 2 years Tech Consulting, 1 year Product Mgt at PwC. Would appreciate any leads or opportunities you might know of!
Anyone connected with agencies in Sydney? Looking for a part time or internship gig in strategy.
Am I overlooking something or do most schools not ask about college internship experience?
Is it just me or has the amount of humble bragging every new job/internship (and graduation???) on LinkedIn blown up lately
Told an intern at my firm in a different group that reached out to try and join my team that he should be prepared to work 60-70 hours. He smugly laughed and said everyone he knows at our firm works that many hours (we are a B4 and it’s certainly not the case). Then he proceeded to tell me he leads a 10 person workstream. Then he asked me to refer him to managers to get him transitioned into our group. Posting so others can also get a kick out of this.
My boss told me 'Everyday is (my name)'s first day'. Is it because I'm an intern? Are there more hidden meanings to it ?
Kicked off a 3 month engagement couple of weeks back. Staffed with a newbie consultant(new grad) and an intern ... It’s essentially me doing all the work 🙄 Any advice on how to structure ..(contd)...
Any college students or recent grads looking for a paid summer internship? Pls DM me! NYC based agency, but all remote for foreseeable future. Internships in Strategy and Creative!

A recruiter contacted me for an internship. We had a phone interview, and they told me they would get back by last Friday. It's already been 10 days since I heard anything back. Should I move on?
Hey BCG 🐠, undergrad here. Would anyone be willing to provide a referral for Associate Consultant Intern position?
any funny intern stories from this busy season?
I’m seeing so many graduates from the U.K. advertising schools with LinkedIn resumes full of 1-2 years of ‘Creative Placements’ at the big agencies. Is it really normal to intern for that long?

Asking for a friend. What group in ACN can you get a hideout role in. My friend needs a rest and wants a low effort, no travel, hidden role for a yr or two
Looking for vacation spots using points. Where would I get the best bang for Marriott points. I’ve heard Thailand has some great resorts from Marriott. Any others spots around the world?
Trump supporters: will you get the vaccine, or is covid a hoax? Truly interested to hear your thoughts. Genuinely not trolling.
Would you rather get an MBA from any program of your choosing (all loans) or guaranteed 130K/year, 40 hours a week until you retire (no chance for raises/bonuses)?
I’m trying to find a good exit opportunity & need advice on how to connect with an executive recruiter for good options. Tried reaching out to executive recruiters on LinkedIn in the industry of my interest but that hasn’t helped. I am hesitant to reach out to the executives at my clients for the fear of awkwardness. Any advise on how to move this forward?
I turned on “open to work” (but only casually browsing) on LinkedIn last night because I’ve had a god-awful week and am legitimately considering my options. Except I was immediately bombarded by calls and emails from recruiters. My office phone was blowing up this morning in the middle of trying to get a filing out the door… I’ve already turned it back off. Lesson learned LMAO
I currently work at a firm that pays above market. 12 YOE, people transformation ( culture, not ERP/tech implementation) background. Current total comp is about $140-150k, plus $20k unvested equity. Is this a reasonable salary expectation for my next role: $165-$180 total comp annually, something like: $150k base, 25% bonus, + $30k equity, $25k cash sign on to replace what I’m walking away from in outstanding equity and expected bonus payout for 2021. Is there anybody here that has started back to work with students in the classroom? If so how many days and what state? Thank you.
Just moved in-house & am hiring a designer - NO clue what salary to propose for this role. Full benefits, mid-level, Chicago-based, mostly designing internal materials (town halls, etc.). Help?
Has anyone here transitioned into teaching from another profession through alternative certification? Did you feel like you were prepared for the classroom by the end?
Will be spending some time in Tampa for my next project. Any suggestions on good bars / restaurants?

Is it viewed as “not good” to go back to my alma mater for MBA? It’s a top 40 business school and got me into B4 consulting easily. School has strong recruiting presence in the region I want and I have a full ride for their FT program. Appreciate any thoughts!
