Intern here- how visible are people's ratings? Can your peers see them, or just superiors?

Hi all, I have internship offer from thoughtworks and intuit under returnee program in both companies.. Though there’s 3times compensation difference in stipend.. Intuit paying more… Conversion to FTE would happen after internship.. Intuit might give contractor role .. totally uncertain.. Which company should I join in long run.. I have no idea how much thoughtworks would pay after internship.. but TW offers wfh but for Intuit I’ll have to relocate.. Please help me out…

How do I get a job without internship experiences? I’m an Econ major graduating in May 23 and the only “internship” I had was a summer job at a call center. I’m trying to work in consulting, specifically finance or analyst roles and I only have a year left before I graduate.

Needing help on deciphering my true salary for the time being. I graduated at 17 with an associate’s in Cyber Defense. The company I am with has me listed as a field service specialist(6 month intern, 4month full time), however, I’ve picked up on different roles like project manager, systems admin, project engineer etc. I’ve been getting good experience but at what point do I need to discuss salary or move on? Now i have been interviewed and selected for Ameriprise where I would learn on the job and work on workday finance.
No WD certification.
Will it be a good choice in the long run?
