I am currently working as a financial advisor for a wealth management firm. I feel like I would rather be in less of a commission role and am not sure I love this niche in the business field. If I were to go to corporate business/finance, I was thinking about starting as a business analyst. Any more highly paid niches moreso than others that I could prepare myself for?

Comment where you are cutting back to save money. Here are ours:
- Not doing a presidential suite, instead we’re getting a normal suite and using a conference room for hair/makeup/meals
- Centerpieces. We are doing a few bigger centerpieces, then small bud vases at the rest of the tables.

Hi Fishes, I was offered 35% as initial offer and subsequetly raised to 55% during one round of verbal negotitaion, though I asked them to raise it a bit but subsequently I accepted it (55%). Now before rolling out offer letter they called me & informed that business could approve 44% @ max, if I would confirm then they will roll it out. Pls suggest how to go about.
