Hey Fishes - I’m trying to move back from US to the gulf. KSA, UAE, or Qatar. Interviewed with a smallish consulting company but they decided my profile was more senior for the role. Applying online didn’t get me good salary.
Any advice or anyone willing to refer me?

Hi IBMers, I have declined the offer from IBM 2 months back as the counter offer was not released till the joining date of the current company. After joining here i realised i made a terrible decission i am not treated professionally here and When i complained they are not changing my project. The tech stack promised to me was different (Angular), but they dont have any project with my tech stack.
Is it possible that if i reach out IBM will they reconsider my candidature? Please advise.
Hi guys , need job ? Can anyone help me..
I am a business analyst and my joining date is Nov mid. What is the scenario for BAs out here in Nagarro ? Are there sufficient projects or are we just put into the pool for warming bench? If not, can a resource request for project specific interviews even before his joining date.
FYI, mine was generic hiring.

Depends on what I am selling. If it’s a software product, I would sell direct to consumer via the Internet / website. I would put most of my resources on online marketing and whatnot.
If I am selling a service, I would invest in a sales team, hit the conference circuit. Sell the hell out there.
For services, similar to Deloitte1 hitting conferences. Depending on the type of clients I'm targeting, I would host and present workshops and seminars locally on a particular subject and sell there
But that would be outside of conferences, say, if you're targeting small to mid size enterprises with enough budget.
