Specialty pharmacist salary in california? I’ve been a outpatient pharmacist for 11 years and I’m interviewing for a clinical pharmacist dispensing injectable specialty meds, cancer, HIV etc. just curious what the pay should be. I’m thinking $80-85 with my years of experience in southern Calif. I would appreciate any insights.

I just joined a new company as their second Product Designer. I’ve come to realize the current designer works incredibly slow and I’m almost positive they are only putting in a couple hours a day.

My question is, do I slow my production by 85% to align with the other designer or do I go at my own pace and potentially make them look bad.

Last week just got an offer from a startup that was found in 2019 and have only 10 employees with their platform outsourced to a third party in an e-learning industry! The offer is 120k! What would you do? Would you accept it?

Any other hiring managers feeling like all of your candidates are asking for more money last minute just to see how far they can go? Like if we say the range is 110-130K, they say they’re looking for 135K, you offer 135K and then they say they won’t take the job for less than 150? Not even with competing offers. It’s hard for me to stay excited about wanting to work with someone when they do that. What a waste of everyone’s time.
