Changed my company but it didn't update!

Analyst keeps taking time off for dr appointments, sick, etc. Today they were screen sharing and had a bunch of tabs open with titles that were obviously emails regarding interview scheduling, follow ups, and job search websites. Hope all that sickness doesn’t impede their ability to land a new job!

So I asked around and I’m hearing that yearly raises for product managers in industry are like 2-5%, maybe 10-12% for promotion years. This seems ABSURDLY low given I was used to 10-25% per year in consulting. Is this a well known thing about industry I just wasn’t aware of?

I'm a woman in tech, and over the course of my career I've experienced some egregious instances of sexism. In addition to impacting my career progression, it's made me a lot more bitter and reactive than I'd like to be, which I find obviously detrimental particularly in continued male dominated workplaces. Women - other than therapy, have you found anything helpful for dealing with this kind of thing? Men - is there a best way to talk to you about unintentionally sexist behaviour?
