Tata Consultancy Hi fishies, I recently interviewed for a Big data dev role for Autodesk but it's via a third party called Applicantz. Initially the contract is for 1 year, which can be extended. There is also scope of Autodesk hiring permanently after 6 months or 1 year. Can anyone provide some reviews about Autodesk and third party Applicantz. Usually I would not have considered anything via a third party, but the company(Autodesk) seems great and work discussed seems good as well.

“I’m leaving in search of a firm with a culture that aligns more closely with my professional standards - collegiality, collaboration, and mutual respect for the exchange of ideas. I find that I thrive best in this type of environment, which is why I’m looking for this type of work culture.” Then put it back on them, “Can you tell me more about your firm’s culture, and specifically, whether there is a unified approach by the firm to give associates feedback and what that looks like? Alternatively, if I would be working with certain partners, I’d be curious to know what their approach to leading and mentoring associates is.“ If the firm or at least the partners you’ll be working with can’t answer this, run.
Usually some story about how you read about how prospective firm did ____ case or deal and you find that super exciting or new firm has _____ resources and clients you’d love to get in on, and it has more room for growth at new firm. I say I absolutely love my boss and firm blah blah blah but new prospective firm has _____, and I have worked on _____ which is an extension of what this new prospective firm does which will enable me to learn new skills.
I don’t bad mouth firms, even implicitly. If it’s a big enough firm, people know why you’re leaving because they’ve heard the same stories about that firm over the years. If it’s a small firm even in a small to mid size market, I guarantee they’ve heard stories about that firm. They’ll fill in the blanks without you needing to explicitly or impliedly make your firm look bad. Firms love toxic positivity
Say you joined and after working there for a while, realized it was not the correct fit for you so you are looking for something that better aligns with your long term career goals. I wouldn’t go into great detail on the reasons.
