Interview tips wanted!
This time around… not on how to get a job but on how to HIRE!
I’m currently looking for a Social Media and Community Specialist and definitely need a few tips on how to weed out the bs from the good ones! Any tips? I need a few questions ideas that will help us gauge whether they’re actually reliable, I feel with marketing especially, it’s easy to bs your way through many questions and I need a hard hitter!
Hey there! I’m interested in this role. I have experience with social media marketing and have ran my own Facebook groups for the community specialist aspect.
I think it’s important that with marketing you want someone who actually walks there talk. Yes, it’s easy to post pictures and engage with content. But it’s rare that you have individuals that can provide strategy and provide a holistic strategy on how all content pieces play into the brand image as a whole.
I have experience with content automation, social media marketing, community, marketing automation, email marketing and funnel design.
