I have some interview rounds with Legato, now I got a mail stating that you have cleared the Technical rounds and for initiating the Hr discussions and Offer leteer you have to provide some documents.

The some documents includes all the documents which may and may not required for a proper joining.

Should I really need to provide those before HR discussion and offer letter?

I am a PIO at a state agency and I’ve been thinking about applying to the FEMA reservist. Does anyone have experience with doing this while also being employed for a state agency? Is that a normal route to take or is there another way to gain more experience with disaster/crisis communications?

Is anyone else getting ghosted way too much? I've done several interviews over the past 2 months. 3 in which i made it to the 3rd and final rounds of interviews, only to never hear from these companies again. Not even a "you didn't get the job" and I've emailed several times as well with no answer. Very frustrating.

Does anyone here know the process for referrals at meta? I got one recently and an email saying to expect contact in 10-15 days but according to users elsewhere sometimes you don’t hear back or don’t even get an interview and are ghosted.

The most annoying part of an interview process “create a presentation on our product you know nothing about and present it to 3 people who know every last detail about the product”. It’s not a shortage of people applying, it’s the unnecessarily long interview processes. When many companies are now adapting this, no one has time to put together multiple presentations after normal working hours. Hiring has gotten so complicated for no reason.

Before interview I had asked for 40 LPA.
But After Hr discussion post interview , I cake down to 35LPA fixed.
Still they offered me 32 fixed +3 variable.
Will they reconsider the offer by any chance, if I talk to to them. If not, then should I join cap gemini?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.
