Good luck. Don’t psyche yourself out. If you got an interview, you’re in a good spot for an offer

Tell the interviewer that you have a block of c4 placed under their car and that an offer letter will need to be on the dead man's switch or it will go off.

We are so short staffed that as long as you are breathing and able to talk you will get an offer. Only way to not get it is hurt your interviewers ego. Source: I do first round of screens.

Even if you get the job, do yourself a favor and don’t work here

Remember, you’re probably more intelligent / capable than the person interviewing you.

What type of interview? I just finished several and have a final coming up. Are you having a case, behavioral, or technical? For the case, show them how you think critically and check your assumptions. You may not know the full answer but show them your process. For behavioral and/or technical, try to provide as much knowledge you have from both a theoretical and practical perspective. Tall about how you approach situations, and what steps you would take to address client issues, and also how you would take action. Good luck.

First interview. Meeting with a SM via phone call.

I bombed my Deloitte interview. Didn’t get an offer.

Ok smart guy. Maybe you should proof read your comments.

Some groups just require a heartbeat right now.

Don’t come.

Please save yourself hours of therapy/Xanax costs and don’t come work at Deloitte. Everyone I know is trying to leave and has had their mental health destroyed. But if you must… ~ Talk about how you deliver measurable results ~ You are able to build relationships with even the most challenging of clients (especially in Zoom days) ~ Give examples of times you were resourceful and were able to quickly right a sinking ship and come out stronger as an individual / team ~ As mentioned above, breathe. That’s all some folks are looking for right now

Does anyone know when you can reapply?

Accepted an offer, but the day before another company came at to interview. They offer more pay, better benefits, works more in line with what I want. But they haven't given me an offer yet, I just have a very good feeling. If I do get offer 2 how bad is it to go back on offer 1?

Feeling pretty down and stuck in Audit, after several months of searching My market has fewer job ads and I've been unsuccessful in interviews during the late stages (companies have said I fit the job role/culture but went with someone who had more industry experiences). I don't believe I'm too picky, but I'm starting to feel I should get industry experience in a smaller company then reapply to other companies. Has anyone been in this situation? Care to share some insight/advice?

Now that the CDC says no masks needed indoors if vaccinated, is anybody concerned what that means for kids under 12? I’m assuming that the honor system isn’t entirely going to work (I.e., some unvaccinated people will go maskless). Not that I was taking them that many places, but the occasional grocery store, shoe store, etc. seems riskier now.
