Small firm (my boss, me, & a paralegal). After a hearing I did not handle, boss intended to seek review of the ruling in its entirety. What was communicated to me by paralegal was to seek review of a portion.
Seeking review is now time-barred. Boss is not upset, but this is 1 case & 1 problem. There are other cases & other stories.
How do I talk to my boss about being more present (boss is never in office, has “too many” emails, never answers his phone) without being seen as insubordinate?
absolutely and and email takes you 10 min
yes always
yes. formality
General rule of thumb in life.. if you have to ask yes or no for a thank you, the answer is ALWAYS yes.
You should always send a thank you email... what heathen den did you grow up in?
