Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
I interviewed for the position of Associate Human Capital Advisory role at KPMG. I cleared my first round but for the second round tgey gave me 2 case studies and one excel assessment to be completed in 2.5 hours. I think I messed up the case studies and just wrote the approach and recommendations but didn't include any other preferable portions. Is there a minimum cutoff for these assessments?

It should be a no from you
No formal acceptance or rejection yet. But should I basically assume its a no?
Firm no.
Sometimes they'll work with you and come up. I'd just say your price point is what it is and see what happens from there.
Current salary will always be above the range even if it’s $5/hr
This has been my experience with headhunters.
Every. Single. Time.
Don’t know if that’s their game or I’m doing something wrong.
That’s because most Head hunters get paid out some percentage of your salary for the first year you are employed with the company (frequently around 20-25%). Employers will factor in this added cost and then reduce your offer to compensate.
