RJ’s fancy AMP training program is just slap a yellow pages down and start dialing with little to no practice building training. Stifel seems similar to RJ, with less hidden customer fees, more flexibility on customizing your fee schedule per customer, and there is a possibility of the lead FA in the office retiring out soon with his 120m book.

How do you turn down an offer that a recruiter has helped you get after multiple interviews? We had a great connection and they seemed very sincere not pushy. I was working with two recruiters, went through several interviews, and finally deciding on one best suited for my career goals.

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through. Wondering if I’m making the right choice

I do insurance defense and I HATE it. All I do is defend small businesses against slip and fall cases. I'm being pressured by an attorney family member (who also does ID) to switch to Plaintiff's work at a firm like Morgan & Morgan. He says it's better and I'll earn more. Those who have made the same switch - is the grass really greener? I have zero interest in Plaintiff's work and I've always avoided it but the money and the career advancement is being pushed on me

I am far along in the interview process for a job I want (meeting with Chief Legal Officer next week), but am still accepting other interviews until I have a formal offer. However, I have an interview scheduled for early this week where, after further research, I don’t think I would be very happy.
