Interviewed with Ignyte recently and dang, they’re... bad.

So my problem is not with Twitter censoring calls for violence or hate speech. They're a private company and follow their guidelines. But why are they selectively applying it? Sure, censor Donald Trump. Why not censor Ayatollah Khamenei? How about Westboro Baptist Church which literally has the handle "@godhatesfagswbc"?

Analytics intern interview at Dell. Could use some advice

Had an interview last week with a start up. At the end of the discussion the interviewer said she’d love for me to come into the office and meet the rest of the leadership team on the following Tuesday (today). After the call, radio silence. I followed up twice but haven’t heard back. Any thoughts on this? Market turmoil make them rethink hiring?

New to this app…currently searching for a new position as a recruiter as my temp assignment (was hired as an entry level recruiter although my position is listed there as “sourcer”) is ending soon. I have 5 months of experience. Looking for 100% remote (preferably), may consider on site (in San Diego, CA) if a good fit. Would anyone familiar with the Meta interview process be able to help with the questions below? Is there an “acceptable” amount of time you can take between your recruiter screen and the next round of product sense interviews? Does it matter if you’re interviewing for a specific team?

I have a biology undergrad degree and have been working in climate pollutant research for the California government for a year. I’ve heard good things about Deloitte GPS, PwC’s new sustainability practice, and guide house? Opinions on best places to apply for someone with a science/climate policy background?

Best way to land a FAANG opportunity? I just applied directly for a bunch of positions I was interested, but now wondering if I should have tried to get a referral instead to have a better chance? I don't have any contacts though.. what's the likely I'll have any luck applying directly? Anyone done so and got a job?

What are tax senior interviews like at each big 4 recently? For my Deloitte interview, it was completely conversational and no technical/behavioral questions. All I had to do was tell them what I did at my last job. Didn’t have to mention firm principles or values, etc.
