Hello fishes. I have 5 yrs exp. Completed MBA in marketing and now working as UX designer. I am interested in design thinking / UX roles where we get to meet with stakeholders understand business needs and end user pain points. Most projects are UI / visual design related and we don't get to take any UX decisions. is there any opportunity within to get UX / Design thinking strategist role?

Maybe a noob points question but if I booked two rooms for four nights and had added my Marriott Bonvoy number for both, do I get 8 nights in total or only 4? Trying to reach platinum this year and will get there if I get the 8!

Do you notice that your crash points are during your menstrual cycle? I have depression too so the hormone changes really affect me and I am an emotional wreck/bi-polar (beyond what is normal PMS type behavior). I am a healthcare executive and it is affecting work relationship and meds aren’t helping (depression nor ADHD meds). I just feel very defeated and don’t know what to do. I hate my brain 🥴

Wanted to open CSP with 80k offer and went to the branch to get the $95 fee waived. Yesterday they increased the offer to 100k points, but at the branch they told me that offer might only be online and that right now they only waive the fee for 80k points. Should I open on the branch and get 80k and no fee, or online 100k and pay the fee?

Has anyone had success transferring Chase Ultimate Reward points to a friend? I see that only “household” transfers are allowed but don’t know if there’s leeway with the term. Worried chase might flag the accounts or stop the transfer if the billing addresses don’t match. The transfer is only for 40K

Inflation soaring all time high . Groceries, petrol already inflated . Today maid has asked to revise her salary which I had increased by 12.5% according to her demand . Landlord asked to revise 10% rent in March which I had to agree .

With no hike at mindtree and inflation soaring high, salary has depreciated over last year but organisation is not bothered about that. So , I am forced to look for opportunities within 1.2 year of joining this organization.
