Hi All,
Looking to make the move from working in industry to big4 and was curious as to what level and pay I might be worth?
I have 10 years experience out of uni, as well as completed CPA and MBA. I have a experience in managing entire finance function of small/medium entities, but most notably solid corporate finance experience/strategy leading refinance exercises, debt raising, hedging/treasury strategy etc…Would be looking for something in deal advisory / M&A / CFO advisory etc….thanks Deloitte EY PwC @

It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

Dont talk salary upfront try and mention a range… but once they like and select you then open your mouth and negotiate whole heartedly. If ACN really likes somebody, even when they can’t pay somebody above a pay band, they bridge the pay expectation difference with joining bonus (albeit with minimum stay period attached). ACN has very very deep pockets, you just need tact to extract money out of them (they are not penny punching beggars like big4 partners).
Group matters a lot. Cloud group will pay up to 170k or more. Other groups can be as low as in the 90k range
I was about to say let me switch to those cloud groups !

Just a suggestion - Forget about variable pay.
Level 8 would be 60+ based on YoE, group etc. However opportunities to get a pay rise quickly if you’re top performer at next performance achievement
55-60k is what I saw online and heard through the grapevine. Bonus was not negotiable within the offer as it is based on performance. From talking to people the Glassdoor numbers are correct
