Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Wholeheartedly agree - you should visit Victor Cheng’s website as well, a lot of great stuff.
General advice to everyone:
1) Skim read Case in point up to the first cases (should be able to find older editions online) - it gives a good overview of the interview process.
2) Line up some live case interviews - preferably one person NOT over the phone (much harder to give feedback and a little artificial). Given your time constraints, aim for 3-5 but don’t beat yourself up if you can’t hit that #
3) Go through those Victor Cheng videos, they’re really top notch.
Best of luck! Feel free to DM me if you have more specific questions
In addition to all of the material on his site, he has a free partner site where you can actually practice with other candidates who are also preparing
