No one at PwC can confirm a bonus like that as bonus is determined per the performance tier every year. One can ask for one time joining bonus but that’s different than performance bonus.

If you’re in the Advisory practice at the SM level, you’re going to have to be a top performer to hit a 30% bonus. That’s the high top end of Tier 1. But you probably won’t get any higher than Tier 3 the first year, which is around 8%.
$200K should be pretty close depending on location and YOE. I’m in a Tier 3 city and make a little less than that near the higher end of my cohort, but people in HICOL cities are making $200K+.

Yeah that’s super weird ! Haha
Does PwC pay 30% bonuses? I know Big D pays crazy bonuses but some other B4 firms bonuses are far less.
Rising Star
30% is the absolute top range of the SM bonus pool range (at least in my practice), and only about 1/3 of SMs will be in Tier 1.
I believe that is pretty close. Depending on how many YOE of course. Usually around 185-200 plus 28% at the highest tier bonus
