Interviewing candidates for creative strategy positions on the brand side next week. Any suggestions on questions to ask?

Interviewing and if an office doesn’t have standing desks by now, I can’t do it. Is that too bougee? Are there many big law firms that still don’t have this?

I cleared tcs interview and they asked me to documents directly , they didn’t have a single ctc discussion with me , is that normal process in tcs ? Will they increase offer after showing counter offer?

Had 3 rounds of interviews, the last of which was 2 weeks ago. I thought they went very well especially considering they had me meet with the higher-ups. Haven’t heard anything since, though my application is still active. I also emailed the recruiter and direct manager thanking them for the great process so far. Trying to tell myself it’s just vacations and offer approvals holding things up but starting to worry.

What does it mean when you apply to a bunch of jobs for which I am a good fit and you hear nothing back for these jobs? For some applications, I'm approaching two weeks since submission. I did get a call back to the first position I applied to; however, after the lab manager saw how much experience I had he said to release me, far too overqualified, tell him he should be applying to Senior Research Associate positions. I have ten years lab experience.

I worked FT as a paralegal and went to law school in the evening. I recently interviewed at a small ID firm in employment law with about 9 attorneys. They asked for a writing sample. I dont have anything recent but provided what I had from last yr in a legal writing class, it was not enough for them. I became licensed this May so I dont have an array of motions to pick from. Then they asked for my undergrad transcript, at this point, I am now annoyed They are not Biglaw. Are they going overboard

How many rounds is normal at in house interviews? I am done with round 3 and just got pushed to two more confirmed rounds, one with GC. Is this normal? How many candidates usually get to this point? These are big companies, not start up, but I can’t give any more info.

Lateral interviews: typically, how many rounds/phases? Confused as to whether a decision is being made as to whether or not to make an offer or whether or not to move on to the next round.

I got email from LTI "Thank you for applying to LTIMindtree and going through our complete selection process" on 27 Sept but after 1 week I follow up on offer letter she said my approval got rejected due high expectation (35% hike ). We re-negotiate at 6 Oct (30% hike). Now they will release offer letter or not ?

The partner in my department ‘threw me under the bus’ with an issue on a case which was outside of my control. Without going into detail, it was a big client and she was saving herself. Understandable but naively, I was expecting better.

Trying to leave advertising for tech. Made it through final rounds of the interviewing process and they called today to offer me a position two levels below what I interviewed for. They say I have a really strong foundation as a PM but they are worried about my tech skills and not ramping up fast enough. Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!
