Interviewing for a operational advisory associate position at a mid-market PE company based out of Florida. All-in pay is looking like $200k (for reference, it’s what I currently make as a senior associate)

Anyone have experience working at a strategy consulting firm and moving to a PE advisory group? Any pros or cons you can call-out?

My current firm didn’t require a case interview. Would like to leave soon, but want to have my ducks in a row. How can I best prepare for Big 4 and MBB interviews? How did you all do it?

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
