Just had my 4th and final interview with Accenture with someone very high up, other 3 skills interviews all loved me and went great, and this guy couldn’t have been a bigger a$$hole to me during our call if he tried.

Like hung up the call at the end and didn’t say bye lol. I’ve already been vetted by SM’s, I have 10YOE, and this guy acts like this why exactly? Just kinda stunned atm, do I even want to work there now even if he gives the okay… anyone else experienced this before? Disappointed.

I actually have a question: husband had 4th (final) interview with company last Tuesday, emailed them follow up Wednesday, heard back Thursday, them saying that they will be in touch with him “next week with next steps”. Still haven’t heard anything back. Not sure what is going on…?

After 100+ applications I’ve gotten to a final round!!!! Any help to the following questions would be appreciated! It’s been a couple of years since my last real final round.

Does anyone know what are “scenario types of questions”? Recruiter didn’t give a lot of details.

What kind of questions do you ask during a final round (multiple 30-min) interview? I’ve asked a lot of my go tos during the first couple of rounds and am trying to prepare!

I had an interview this morning and the hiring manager told me they had a hard stop at a certain time, but the interview went over that time by a couple minutes and they kept asking me if they could answer any other questions. How good of a sign is this or does it not mean anything?
What are signs you usually see when you’ll probably get the job? I was a referral candidate and 6 people total are interviewing.

I’ve found a job opening for a role as legal counsel which, in the requirements section, only mentions data protection, negotiation skills and standard agreements for a EU company, whereas in the tasks also mentions activities related to other fields such as financial regulations, labour and audit. Moreover they do not mention any PQE but only a law degree, nonetheless I’ve seen that their counsels have 5/7 years of working experience. I have 2.5 years of working experience (continues)

Advice/tips for effective sales process. I have never had a true mentor or any type of coaching in sales and everything has been self taught and trial and error. It’s been effective for the most part but I’m interviewing with a company and I’d like to talk through a very effective sales process.

During interview I was speaking to the hiring manager. Felt interview was going well. He seemed impressed by my answers, excited by my skills, and even gave me a tour of the office. At the end, he asked about my home life. When I spoke of my 3 young kiddos, the manager got a little taken back and replied Oh you have children? I said yes ages 3, 5, and 7. He then proceeded to ask me about daycare arrangements and if I can be reliable. Red flag as his demeanor changed and made me feel unworthy.
