Interviewing for a role at Google and was told by the recruiter that the team is requiring 3x a week in the office. I’m currently full time remote at Amazon and would need to keep it that way as I live over 2 hours away from the city.

Should I continue interviewing and hope for the best with negotiating with the actual hiring manager? Or is it a lost cause and not move forward to avoid wasting anyones time?

I’m in a predicament. At my organization, pay-for-performance salary increases are based entirely off of a person’s annual review. The problem is that I report to the CEO and he never (and I mean NEVER) does annual reviews. This was not disclosed during the interview process. What should I do? I like the work and love the people, but how long can you stay somewhere that doesn’t give raises?

How long can you take to accept an offer? I received a forma offer today and have one more interview with another company for another position that I’m considering. I expect that the other company will let me know if they plan to make an offer by the end of the week. I am seriously considering both and want to give each a chance. Is a week acceptable to accept an offer?
