What's the next step after being an enterprise customer success manager? Seems the only next step is to become a manager of CS, anyone heard of other routes? I've heard suggestions of moving into sales as an account director or becoming product manager - not sure how much more the salary is, transferrable skills, and the work life balance. Got an offer from EY GDS for Associate Manager role. 30LPA + 10% Var. Current CTC is 24 LPA(all fixed). 8yoe and Tier1 MBA.
Am I being lowballed here given the location is bangalore? What should be my target salary?

If a job posting requires 3-5 years of experience or is a mid-level position, is it worth it to apply as a junior associate with 1-2 years? Do firms ever actually hire someone more junior than the position calls for, or will they just immediately reject you when they see your graduation year? Asking specifically for litigation.

I have got an offer for TL, client support. What is the difference between Sr TL and TL? I was hoping for the position of TL with 7 years of experience.

I'm interviewing for what sounds like 2 different roles at Amazon (not AWS) they are both L6 but in different areas of the business. One is in Finance/Global Business Services and the other is in Project/Product/Program Management (Non-tech). I feel like one of the roles is more senior in the work the one in Project/Product/Program Management and to be hone the on in Finance/Global business services seems much less intense. Do you think they'd offer me significantly more for one role?

I recently joined a firm doing general lit. The position was marketed as a match to my skill set. I’m doing nothing related my strengths and I’m languishing intellectually and professionally. Company on track for 22 goals. Traditionally included 2% profit sharing at YE, this year however comes with a unique caveat.

The CEO added a qualifier, to be eligible for the payout one must agree to and sign a binding arbitration agreement. In the CEOs email to staff he indicates these agreements are standard in most companies and typically required for new hires.
