Places I consider not good are even turning me down. I’ve had a few interviews at better shops but they turn me down too.
What's the next step after being an enterprise customer success manager? Seems the only next step is to become a manager of CS, anyone heard of other routes? I've heard suggestions of moving into sales as an account director or becoming product manager - not sure how much more the salary is, transferrable skills, and the work life balance. Any thoughts? currently at 170k ote

If a job posting requires 3-5 years of experience or is a mid-level position, is it worth it to apply as a junior associate with 1-2 years? Do firms ever actually hire someone more junior than the position calls for, or will they just immediately reject you when they see your graduation year? Asking specifically for litigation.
I have got an offer for TL, client support. What is the difference between Sr TL and TL? I was hoping for the position of TL with 7 years of experience.

I'm interviewing for what sounds like 2 different roles at Amazon (not AWS) they are both L6 but in different areas of the business. One is in Finance/Global Business Services and the other is in Project/Product/Program Management (Non-tech). I feel like one of the roles is more senior in the work the one in Project/Product/Program Management and to be hone the on in Finance/Global business services seems much less intense. Do you think they'd offer me significantly more for one role?
I recently joined a firm doing general lit. The position was marketed as a match to my skill set. I’m doing nothing related my strengths and I’m languishing intellectually and professionally. In 12 months I’ve gone from loving law to wanting to quit the law altogether. I don’t have a book at all because my network consists of broke millennials and the pandemic makes it hard. Marketing told me the areas I want to practice aren’t big money makers. How can I find a better match?

Interviewing for a Director position at Salesforce, non tech/engineering role. What total comp should I expect? Base, bonus, and RSU? Location is Dallas.
Got an offer at a bank but it’s lower comp than my current gig. No material complaints about my current gig (wlb, comp, boss) - but limited growth ops, not learning anything and growing concerned long term. I’m thinking the bank will allow me to move around internally - but hard to leave an extra 30-40k (total comp) on table
Got an offer from BCN as Associate. Wondering if there are any openings or if anyone here can refer me to other openings in MBB. Looking for options.

Anyone else have a gaslighting parent? I saw a therapist about my mom for years and it helped, but now in biglaw, it can be really hard to deal with. sometimes my mom delivers a punch to the gut via text in between months of being my friend. I guess I’m just so wound up, my mom’s friendship (which is how I characterize it) is a comfort for me. So when she hits me with something randomly spiteful and hurtful, it’s like shock, devastation, loneliness, and anger all at once.
Before you became an engineer, what did you find intimidating about the field and how did you overcome it?
Lol remember when someone with no expertise (or thoughts) ran for president and a bunch of you geniuses believed him when he said it would be okay because he knew how to hire the best experts 😂
Would I need to inform my firm if I intend to move to another state to work remotely? Firm asks that we work from the office a couple of days a week but the policy is not really enforced.

Just curious what other sales reps in the alcoholic beverage industry in Ohio are making as their base salary?
Apologizes if this is a dumb question: but do companies keep the same pay for every employee regardless of location?
For example: paying someone a base of 80k in Georgia vs paying someone 80k in California
or do they make exceptions when it comes to base salary on location?
How much should I be making as a full time manager at a full service car wash after running it for 5 years?
Thinking about looking for something new to up my salary. Love my current company, but salaries haven’t felt competitive and I don’t foresee a significant raise anytime soon. I’m a B2C telesales manager with a team of 13. We do around 300k in sales per month. I make a 70k base, monthly bonuses amount to between 25-40k annually. Is this way too low? I have some acquaintances with seemingly similar roles and revenue targets who are making between 150 - 200k
Strategic Account Manager, selling technology services and software, 8 years at current company, 16 in technology sales. Base $200k, OTE $350K. Moderate COL area.
So I have a meeting with a company tomorrow to get their official offer to be a BDR. It’s a tech company in PA, relatively LCOL area, their revenue is around $3-5 million a year. I have about a years experience. Any idea what I should expect? I know there’s a base and obviously bonus + commission but I don’t know the split %.

The CEO added a qualifier, to be eligible for the payout one must agree to and sign a binding arbitration agreement. In the CEOs email to staff he indicates these agreements are standard in most companies and typically required for new hires.
I’m curious to get insight from others. Is this standard practice and generally required for new hires? Something feels off.

My employer is based in China, while I am in France. I remotely manage a global sales team, with team members from around the globe. They all work remotely as well.
Being remote, and managing an international remote team, I would like to know what should be my job title? Any idea or professionals that I may contact, please?
