I recently learned from 3 different employees that left (voluntarily) they were making 98-105k. They were outside candidates and were all hired within the last year and for the same position, and same regional territory. I have worked for the company 3+ years and went from a core position, to large loss. I was given a 10k raise putting me around 78k. Yes.... some of these individuals have Lardge Losss experience but does that really make a 20-25k difference? Any advise!?

I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.

5 month ago I joined Ceridian IT as remote. Due to nature of work, I have very little to no involvement with other parts of my team. I like what I do, pay is ok, manager is not so involved. That’s pretty much my life rn. With all the news about recession and what not, what do you think about Ceridian’s future?

Is there anything worse than a “ Director” that isn’t technical? One job ago had a director get assigned to oversee my team. We were a M365 team. Director didn’t know anything about the products and tried to implement agile to run day to day. I still have nightmares about it. I left 60k rsus just to run away from that company.
