A health issue has gotten progressively worse and doctor is strongly suggesting to take 1+ month off and try new medication.

Accenture has short term disability I can take for a few months.

However, I want to be able to transition things smoothly off current project. Does anyone know if it's possible to first go on reduced hours for a few weeks before taking full leave?

I'm currently a senior medical secretary, 2 years of experience, at a well know hospital with a BA in psych and econ and a certificate in PM (thought I would at least get that since my job pays for it). Can I get multiple opinions on Strategy&'s ESV digital transformation group? I'm hearing conflicting background info based on search function.

Interested in things specific to ESV digital transformation:
-Technologies to be proficient in (i'm focused on SC/post-MBA)
-Are most groups traveling right now, or stuck at home? Or is it hybrid?
-Avg length of project (e.g. 3 months?) as well as avg hrs worked per week (including travel, pitching/dev, and other nonchargeables)

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
