Anyone here in IB restructuring willing to share tips and good resources to use to prep for an upcoming interview? I don’t have IB/finance experience but took a modelling course on wallstreetprep. Also, I am planning on studying the HL case study and read the interview guides on restructuringinterviews.com. Lastly, If you can share what the interview was like for you, that would be appreciated. TIA

I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

I guess it depends on where you're interviewing. I don't think dressing well and coming prepared has ever hurt anyone in an interview. Do what makes you most comfortable, if that means wearing a full suit and carrying around a leather portfolio like a fucking nerd, more power to ya.
I brought the padfolio thing with resumes in it. Better safe than sorry but everyone who interviewed me brought a print out of my resume with notes.
Bring the resumes - interviewers tend to be disorganized. Make it easy for them.
I just Interviewed for 3 firms - bring a folio with paper and a pen in case they do a random case study on the spot. Also have a couple resumes on hand, in one interview there was someone shadowing the interview and saw them sharing a resume so I pulled one out and the manager interviewing me had this look like “mmmhmm okay I see you I see you”

EY bringing my backpack but unsure if the formality in experienced hire interviews includes bringing the leather portfolio with resumes or if it’s a college thing
ALWAYS bring resumes with you, even if they stay in the backpack because your interviewer has a hard copy in front of him/her.
^ btw 3/3 offers given
I’ve gone full backpack since I was going to work after, so I doubt they’ll care
I second D3. Get a non branded leather padfolio. Bring resumes and take notes
