Interviewing with CEO of small company next week (final round)! Any certain questions i should ask to stand out?

I have an interview coming up at the end if the week for a process chemist position. The company site is a bit bare since it's a new company. What would be the best way to prepare? What types of interview questions do you feel almost always come up and tips on answering them?

I got a offer from HCL.

I have given joining date of my previous company with a difference of 1 week and submitted joining form.

Will there be any issue in BGV.

I am worried about it.

Can anyone please suggest what I can do at this point.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

Pretty new here! Great news ..JOB offer …however the company is lowballing salary ..I informed recruiter Amount was not acceptable …sent off the salary requirement letter …. Does anyone else just feel incapable of doing interview prep after several instances of making it to the final round and getting rejected? I have another final round interview tomorrow but I just can’t seem to care because this is the fourth time in 6 months I’ve made it to a final round! I’m tired lol. How do I stay motivated? I’ve been interviewing for new positions to leave PA. But in my current position, we’ve been adding quite a few new projects (and our team is partner, two staff, and me) that will probably start over the next couple of months. I don’t think my boss has any idea I’m looking to leave - anything I should do to not feel guilty about potentially leaving them short staffed with a ton of work? Is this something you think about when looking to leave?

Anyone pursued a MSL in Taxation degree? Did it open up additional opportunities? Trying to get into tax planning/structuring but don’t have a JD (not interested in practicing law). Currently CPA/MST.
