Interviews are so subjective.... you can have one interviewer who loves you and next round, another one that hates you

I have an upcoming S&O interview with Google in 2 weeks and want to make sure that I’m prepped for the interview. Does anyone have any advice on how I should prep for the interview or insights on the interview process?

I’ve recently graduated with a chemical engineering degree from Texas A&M university. I was unable to get an internship during my time as a student, but I’ve held jobs (mainly customer-service based) throughout college. Does anyone have any advice on how to perform better in interviews? Also, what industries would allow for an entry level position with little experience?

Initially I applied for senior associate and after interview, PWC offered manager level with 125k base but based on my research the title and the location it should be somewhere between 140k to 160k.
They realized I am definitely worth more but now they are keeping numbers low based on my initial application.

I'm a senior associate at an AmLaw 100 firm being considered for an non-equity partner position at another AmLaw 100 firm which is a bit further down the pole. There is a business development expection to eventually convert to equity; the expectation at the start is to assist with existing work. Jumping essentially let's me short track the road to partner. I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?

I see few colleagues from US side forcibly terminated from FIS in my team. Is it happening in your team also? Suddenly you get an update that so and so person is no more working with FIS and there are no transition plans as well.

My grandmother passed away recently, and I thought I would be very sad and cry, but I am not and I wonder if there’s something wrong with me. I was very sad and cried when she fell ill three years ago, but when she passed away I don’t think what I felt was sadness, more like emptiness... Is this normal? Landed an offer I’m pretty excited about and part of comp is options representing a few bps of fully diluted shares. Company is private and have been transparent about valuation post recent capital round. Is the math as simple as valuation * X bps / 4 (vest period) to understand total annual contribution? Any risks to this pot of comp?

Do job titles mean anything on resumes? I've seen such a varied array of them with clients, I place little value in them and look at the experience, but does that apply for non-consulting businesses?
