D1 - I would say try to tailor your application in a way where all your career transitions connect smoothly with your post-MBA goal. The why MBA will be a huge factor and your reasoning needs to be convincing and goal realistic. Also target schools based on fit in terms of what you wanna do post MBA. Example: applying to wharton for Marketing just because it’s ranked higher on US News as opposed to a Kellogg would not make sense.

I've been at my company for less than a year and supervise a team of 5. Things have been unpredictably slow with the workload. It's time for annual appraisals and we just found out that senior leadership will not be receiving merit increases/bonuses. Our internet reimbursement benefit was just cut without notice; my boss was not advised ahead of time. Is it time for me to jump ship?
