Has anyone used OwnUp to get a mortgage for a primary residence? If you did what was your experience working with them?

The housing market is not going to crash simply because interest rates are rising. This will on temper demand, and slow the price appreciation of homes. Yes some markets will see price declines, but this will not be a repeat of 07/08. Market fundamentals, and basic lending practices are much different than they were back then.
