Difficulty on transferring from an individual tax focused group to corporate/partnership? (Say as a senior or a manager)

Hi fishes!.. I am a Test engineer in a mindtree pvt. ltd. Mindtree gives me the project of cisco which is based on the Networking(switch testing). I didn't have much experience in networking or I don't like the Networking testing. I have one year of experience in automation testing with Selenium java WebDriver, TestNG, cucumber bdd framework. I am comfortable in these things not in networking. I talked to my HR and Manger for changing the project but the didn't change.
Fishes what should I do??

Can we expect a stable career at brillio atleast for 3-4 years once onboard? Or totally depends on project duration?

I am 28 and am a Sr Mgr in strategy at a bay area consumer tech company. I feel like my comp is super inflated - TC for the next 12 months is ~$440k: ~230k cash, ~$150k equity / yr, and another $60k retention if i stay til july.

I feel like moving on will be my best chance for vertical movement to the director level and that I am not progressing my career much further, but I know I can’t make this much money elsewhere…
