Asking for some advice on an offer received… my current company base gives me 112k, 9 holidays, 20 pto days, 6% match on 401k and employee share purchase plan, individual bonus up to 8.5%. The new offer received is as follows: 110k base, 11 holidays, unlimited pto days, 25k in RSUs vested 100% after 4 years, no 401k match, annual performance bonus up to 7.5% with possibility to exceed it, basic medical, dental, vision plan covered by company. Thoughts on if the external offer sounds competitive?
