I just received my performance review and my manager recommended ~15% raise and ~20% bonus, however, management only ended up giving me a 5% raise and 14% bonus plus I am expected to considerably expand my role, but no promotion. I am a senior analyst working in structured finance at a mid/large bank working ~60 hours a week and I make $85k. Is this normal? Does anyone have any advice to negotiate the raise to at least meet inflation?

I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

For a Workday Data Conversion Lead Role, I have 6 YOE in Workday, 16 YOE in ERP Implementations. Is this fine or over/under? Currently 180k, 20% Bonus, $5k annual bonus. I have worked at two companies so far (one for 3 years as an intern then staff and the other for a little over a year as a staff). The first company was very small they took me seriously and I thrived. I left that company for the (see thread)

Helping current employers prep job spec for my replacement. Salary was a factor for me leaving but minor relative to other things.

During editing reviews a top leader added a line stating base pay and bonus. The base pay is significantly higher than what I’m on (I’m below market average). Been with them for nearly 8 years and been referred to as a top player (I carried out multiple roles to get biz through covid).
