My friend Recently cleared the technical rounds and got confirmation form Hr that he has been selected. And they have asked him to sent the documents and take an Amcat course. 2nd section which is email writing is auto submitted. Will it take the stuff that he had written or will it be blank? Is there any way I get rejected for this thing?? Kindly help ...He is stressed out.

I've been applying for my next career job everyday for the past month and beginning to wonder if my method is effective. Tbh job hunting today feels a lot like online dating and not in a good way lol....I've read different opinion articles so other than filling skill gaps which could easily change depending on market need...what else should I do? I am switching jobs later in July from a small startup. my current employer has asked me if I’d be willing to continue working for him until the end of July (which would be a 2 week “dual employment” situation) asking that I do no substantial work, only join 2-3 hours of meetings a week to be able to answer questions to help transition further.
