I am almost 23 and don’t know much about the investment and savings vehicles/strategies that I should be using. IRAs, Roth IRA’s, long-term investments, how much I should be contributing/saving for financial success, etc. Any suggestions? I currently have $4,000 in savings, and a few thousand sitting in checking that I use regularly but try to not spend too much. Rent is $1600. Likely looking to go to grad school in the next 2-3 years.

My mortgage lender told me there’s no rate difference from 740 onwards fwiw
Damn, didn’t realize credit scores could go negative. That’s baller
A -860 credit score makes it sound like you’re a moderately successful bank robber
I got that rate (no points) with a 730 in late August. Not sure how much rates have risen since then so that might be good now.
-860 credit as in your credit score or .86% in lender credit? I feel like that’s as low as it can get now. Shopped around quite a bit and the lowest I was able to find was 2.85% and the second best 2.875%
It’s lender credit
No
Apologies for typo -860 is the .86% lender credit
I got 2.375% back in September for a 30 year CONV. My score was 745? LO said after 700 you’re really not going to see drastic changes.
