Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

No. 35 LPA is too less. You will not be able to able to buy any 5 BHK apartments from DLF. A Mercedes will cost you starting ₹35 lakhs+ which will be difficult in this salary. Also, you will not be able to buy a personal airplane since there would be traffic on the road and you’ll not be able to commute, without a private jet. I would recommend, not to come to Delhi at this meagre salary. Please ask for a raise to survive with these basic needs.
I'm in my early 30s, currently earn INR 30 LPA and my wife brings in another INR 20 LPA. We are renting here ofcourse (2BHK, INR 40K/ month), and have an EMI for our car (INR 40K/ month). No kid though. So roughly we'd be at the same position I guess in terms of finances?
Beyond that, I'd say it's a balance between how good of a lifestyle you want vs how much you can save. We're able to lead a pretty decent lifestyle (2 long vacations a year, an outing every week, shopping, etc). Savings could be better, at only about INR 40k/ month, which is less considering we bring in about INR 2L-2.5L/ month.
So broadly, considering you have your own place and car (and don't need to save up for a home loan/ down-payment), you'd be more than comfortable with what you're getting.
Anything else you'd like me to specifically talk about?
Haha, good way to summarize. Ah, had my heart set on the Slavia/ Virtus, but the Nexon just offered better value for me. Had Slavia/Virtus safety ratings come earlier though, I just might've moved the budget needle a little bit.

No, i believe it's less as petrol price are really high nowadays and food at a normal restaurant would cost you almost 3k per day. I believe it's really less if you commute to you office by Porche on a daily basis. If you include other expenses than it would be very difficult for you to survive.
Yes!! chill...
35 is good enough in almost all cities in India. But again your lifestyle determines what is enough.
Getting 35K salary how would ir look like to receive a 35L package.
If you want to rent in parliament, then “No”.. it is not good enough.. jokes apart.. living in a city like Delhi has both high end as well as low end of living style. I’d say “good enough” these days is defined by how much you are saving for your future, retirement and seem less education provided to children after your expenses for a given month. So calculate accordingly and it will tell you if it is good enough or not.
If you are relocating from any Tier-1 city and were able to survive there with less than 33LPA.. then you will not find any difficulty while staying in Delhi/NCR with 33LPA..
Also, 30+Lpa is usually good to survive and enjoy your stay in any city within India..
Unless you want to own an Audi/BMW and live in a Penthouse with a swimming pool.
Kuch post to yaha bs... jlane k liye hoti h...
OP , first you google and focus on searching " how to make the brain healthy and sorted", shayad better answers mile..!!
Itne mai Delhi kitne fresher ki salary aa jaye and woh maje se reh bhi le😂😂🥲
Na Bhai Gand fath jayegi tumhari.... Bhooke maroge....
Insaan ko kitna hi dedo...sab Kam hi hai
No, it's not good, you should try for something like 3.5 cr Or 35 cr
No it isn't enough, you will starve if this is your CTC. Stop fooling around, is this your first job, that you don't even know how much CTC would be enough.
Don't even consider less than 100cr CTC, 35L is peanuts, you may have to work part time on the weekend to feed your family
If You are ready to pay 5LPA tax to me then yes it's good enough and you can live peacefully.
