Yes I think it varies from practice to practice, no point comparing somebody from DDV with somebody from Customer Transformation even though both are MC

I think within MC/SC each level has a band, for each level.
To answer, i think 35 seems like a stretch at the SA higher end. Post that I guess the Manager band would begin in terms of pay.

I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.

Current medical plan - single person.

I got call from PWC US. HR mentioned that they have office in Bangalore and Mumbai. Work timings are US timings i.e. night shift for India.

I heard and saw lot of bad culture, work life experience in PwC India. People working 12hr a day, weekend works, bad management etc. This also almost same in other big4 India operations. How it is different in PwC US. Is they also have bad work life balance as other big4 base out of India.
